AKA Little Havana, Eighth Street, as the center of the Cuban culture in Miami is hosting an annual festival celebrating the Latino culture, which is called the Ocho Festival. The streets are closed off allowing travelers to experience the fun in the Latino music, dance and visual arts every year.
The Ocho Carnival is one of the most interesting day out celebration venues to which every tourist should plan their Miami Holiday itinerary accordingly.
