It's Time To Dance At Berlin Carnivals


  One of the most spectacular, grandiose, noisy and rhythmic activities takes place in the German capital, it is the annual carnival of cultures. More than four thousand participants of seventy nationalities participate in the colorful costumed processions. The event has already been visited by more than half a million city residents and visitors. The carnival in Berlin means a fantastic mood, a storm of colors, music, dance and drive. So let's look at this impressive show.

This year the carnaval is held from the 10th till 13th of June. It was officially started on Friday with steet celebrations. The first carnival was held in Berlin in May 1996, fifteen years ago. The main idea of the event is to emphasize the cultural diversity of the German capital.
