Good Places To Meet The End

Do you still think that cemeteries are something terrible and unpleasant? Some consider that cemeteries may attract and it is hard to say why. Maybe there is some special atmosphere that can't be expressed by words. Maybe an ultraboundary little world? Decrepit crosses, old gravestones, which still have inscriptions. But cemeteries are very different.

Let's start with the cemetery of the city Tulkan, Ecuador.

Maybe it would be the most unusual cemetery you have ever seen.

Tulcán is border town with Colombia.

These green sculpures are real wonders!

Everything here is so harmonious, that sometimes you start to forget that this is a cemetery.

It looks like a park, with lying couples on its glades.

This balcony is for children, there is a tradition to bury them separately.

But it is still a cemetery, not a park.

The atmosphere is very meditative and relaxed.

By the way, there are vacant places!

This cemetery in the Ecuadorian city Guayaquil, can be called elite.

It is very strictly guarded, its fence is under voltage.

Many of the gravestones and monuments here are made by famous sculptors.

Here lie Ecuadorian generals, presidents and ministers.

It is forbidden to take pictures here.

The Epekuena cemetery in a ghost town, Argentina.

There's a very mystical atmosphere.

The history is under your feet.

The beach near the cemetery is quite visited.

And the cemetery itself is not abandoned.
