Before the natural reserve entrance there is a tourist center where one can rent a car and hire a guide.
One can, of course, rent a camel, then the trip will take two days instead of one.
Roadsigns are decorated with pictures of the king.
These drawings are made by enterprising bedouins to later tell a naive tourist that he sees some rock paintings of a 1000 years ago. There are, of course, ancient drawings as well, but they are fewer and one can find them in regions more difficult of access.
