Tourists Must Act as Eco Role Models

So many things could be done in relation to tourism to replace the achievements of carbon offsetting, by making it a requirement to visitors/tourists that they value environmental safety.
We have all learned that tourism has become the backbone of many countries' economy especially in Africa, so the government should play a critical role in insisting that tourists follow green guidelines and if possible act as role-models by saving energy and keeping their country clean.
Governments should make sure that foreigners value safety rules and don't abandon their habits just because they are in some other country.
