Bhutan: The Himalayan Kingdom part7

This monastery is famous for its crafts. All the circles of this composition are made of butter of various colors.

Meanwhile pupils are sitting in the classroom and learning by rote.

They try hard not to look at the photographer.

Learning how to use a camera.

Some time later children bring animals and are photographed with them.

Close ups.

Drinking tea on the ground.

One of the pupils shares his cookie with a cat.

And this is their teacher.

The room where he lives isn't large but has a wonderful view out of the window. He has a big TV set, a heater and a tape recorder. Quite good conditions.

A shower room.

After drinking tea it is time for dinner.

A pupil on duty hits the gong and the meal is delivered.
