Bhutan: The Himalayan Kingdom part8

This time their dinner consists of a plate of rice, vegetable broth and a cup of hot water.

Looking at the photos they made.

There is a special ritual of how the lama is seen off when he has to leave the monastery for a long time. First the lama is sitting in the center of the room.

And the monks are playing the trumpets and singing songs.

Meanwhile the pupils are preparing the statue of the lama and other tributes to put them into the river later.

Loading into the car.

The band is ready and the ceremony begins.

Fortunately, environmentalists can't see the monk throwing the bucket with porridge into the river.

And this is a workshop where young people learn arts and crafts.

Ritual masks are produced here.
